Sarah & Kimon: engaged

One of our recent engagement photo shoots of Sarah and Kimon. You won’t believe it, but all these photos were taken while it was sprinkling, nearly raining. We definitely crossed our fingers when we took off for the shoot. Fresno weather does really surprise me this season! Nevertheless, we had a great time with Sarah and Kimon. They’re a wonderful couple: very calm, and very thoughtful. And we can’t wait to photograph their wedding. For now, check out a few of our favorites from the session:

I can’t believe time goes by so fast. Its a middle of April already! For the past few weeks, as you may have noticed, we’ve been slammed with a lot of engagement photo sessions. All of them were so unique and amazing, its hard to keep track:) And we are very excited to post some of our favorite photos from Jeremy and Lindsey’s photo shoot. We truly had a fantastic time with these two. They are very beautiful people inside and out, and it is our great pleasure to be photographing their wedding.

The photo shoot took place in the foothills near Auberry, CA. Knowing that area very well, Jeremy and Lindsey found a great spot with some abandoned house and an old barn. So, check these out … :

As it was promised, here is a part II to Luke and Crystal’s engagement photo shoot. Overall, the whole day with them went fantastic. Besides having great people, with awesome personalities to photograph, we were thrilled to have all the props in the shoot as well. “The Birds of a Feather” sign is a reference to Luke and Crystal’s wedding – that is their theme. And the couch, windows, typewriter and other little things were all kindly provided for us by Misty Piell (she’s so great!) from Preserve Vintage Rentals. They are the first of its kind in the Central California to rent the most unique combination of furniture and accessories for local brides and designers. And the pieces that they have are just amazing. Make sure to “like” their page on facebook – they are an extremely valuable recourse.

With that being said, check out these images and let us know what you think…

We’re happy to introduce to you Luke and Crystal. They’re awesome. In fact they were so awesome that we ended up spending unbelievable 6hrs with them in three different locations, shooting their engagement photos. That’s kinda rad – we don’t do that often. Now we got a great problem of too many great images, making really hard to pick what to post. I guess, we’ll just break them in two posts, and this one will the Part I.

Crystal is  a facility manager at the Grand 1401.  Beautiful venue – it really is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Fresno Downtown – very spacious and greatly lit with many windows and wonderful light fixtures. If you like it and would like to see it, Crystal is the person to talk to. She’ll take care of all your questions.

And now, take a look at these, and expect Part II sometime next week!

I’m writing this post with a heavy load of editing on my chest. The wedding season has officially began for us. So many things are happening and so many things to do. But its all happy busyness. There aren’t many things in life that you can be happy to be busy with, and this is one of them for us.

Annie and Caleb had an unforgettable day. It seems as if every single thing was carefully planned for the day. We had a great day and fun times with the couple. Congrats to them again! And here is a few of our favs from the wedding day:

i love these two shots of boys being boys! :)
