Good evening, my friends.

A few years ago, I attended English 3, or creative writing class at a local college. Ironically, my professor was Hungarian and had a strong, eastern-European accent. At first, I was quite skeptical about a foreigner teaching me English. But I was wrong. She was a very educated lady, and I was both, humbled and amazed at how much she’s read, as well as the amount of knowledge she had on various subjects. About half of the semester down the road, she told us (very surprisingly to me!) that she had studied journalism at the University of Lomonosov(the MGU, top school in Russia and one of the top 10 universities in the world). One time, she told us, she came in the office of some local journalist/columnist in Moscow. As she walked in, she immediately noticed a big poster on the wall that said this: “Once again, carefully take a look at how beautiful a blank sheet of paper is! – don’t screw it up”. I really liked that sentence. In fact, sometimes I wish I would remember it before I want to say something foolish.

Its a great concept, isn’t it? And I think it could be applied in many parts of our lives. If we don’t have anything wonderful to do, or to say why do it? It’ll only screw it up…

Now, back to photography :) Being slammed with work, we just found some time to post a few photos from our recent engagement of Josh and Damara. Scroll down… :)
